At YAMAHA MOTOR Vietnam Company (Noi Bai Industrial Park), Mr. Pham Quang Thanh - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Hanoi City Labor Federation wished the company a Happy New Year with the hope that in 2025 the company will achieve many results in production and business, and continue to take good care of union members and workers.
Visiting workers at the production line, Mr. Pham Quang Thanh asked about, encouraged and expressed his wish that each worker would make efforts to contribute to the business from the first days of the year to achieve the goal of having a better income.
It is known that right from the first shift after Tet holiday, all production positions of the Company were guaranteed.
It is known that during the Lunar New Year holiday of At Ty in 2025, there were no incidents of fire or explosion in industrial parks in the city. No violations of hygiene, food safety and other violations were detected at enterprises and no epidemics occurred here.
Some enterprises in industrial parks have registered to maintain production activities during the Lunar New Year. The Management Board and the Trade Union of Industrial Parks have instructed and requested enterprises to ensure the rights of salary, benefits, and working hours for cadres and employees according to regulations.
Before, during and after Tet, labor relations in the capital were stable, with no strikes or collective work stoppages.
