Towards the end of the year, the demand for labor recruitment of enterprises in Dak Lak province has increased. Many foreign enterprises in industrial parks and clusters are still "thirsty" for labor to complete factory orders at the end of the year.
By early November 2025, KVD Vina Co., Ltd. (Tan An Industrial Park) had only more than 1,000 workers, a decrease of about 500 workers compared to the beginning of the year due to many different reasons.
The company representative said: "The unit and some other companies in the industrial cluster are lacking workers to meet production needs at the end of the year. Orders for the production of large batches of belly fat have increased sharply, but the number of newly recruited workers is small, making us quite worried".
Not only KVD Vina, many garment enterprises in the province are also recruiting a large number of workers to speed up the completion of the production and business plan at the end of the year.

As of September 2025, Dak Lak has 63 FDI projects with a total registered capital of more than 2.2 billion USD.
According to the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center, in the last months of the year, the demand for recruitment in the fields of trade, services, processing, logistics, warehousing, retail, food, etc. is expected to increase sharply, with about 10,000 - 12,000 jobs, mainly unskilled laborers.
Mr. Le Hai Ly - Director of Dak Lak Employment Service Center - said: "From now until New Year's Day and Lunar New Year 2026, the local labor market is expected to be very vibrant. The demand for workers in industrial parks and clusters has increased sharply".
"Therefore, we have coordinated with businesses to propose many appropriate recruitment and treatment policies to proactively increase labor supply" - Mr. Ly added.
According to Mr. Ly, the Center is building a network of consultants and job introduction collaborators at the facility to promptly provide labor to businesses when needed.
According to the plan, in the fourth quarter of 2025, the Provincial Employment Service Center will coordinate with the People's Committees of communes, wards and related units to organize 14 job fairs in remote communes, along with 2 large-scale job fairs at Buon Ma Thuot Secondary School and Ea Sup commune.
These activities have the participation of many enterprises in the fields of production, trade, and services, contributing to meeting the diverse employment needs of workers - from unskilled laborers to workers with professional and technical qualifications.
