Talking to Lao Dong reporter, Mr. Vu Viet Hai, an employee of Ba Dinh Electricity, said that immediately after receiving the report, the unit went to the scene to cut off the power, coordinate with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force of Hanoi City Police and local Police to deploy fire fighting measures.
According to Mr. Bui Quoc Dan (a resident living near the scene), the fire broke out on the 5th floor of the house. This is a rented house, the owner does not live here. At the time of the fire, the people in the house had run outside.
After about 15 minutes, the fire was controlled by the authorities.
The incident did not cause any human casualties, property damage is being counted.
