Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Ha - Member of the Presidium, Head of the Labor Relations Board - said that, in addition to the achieved results, the implementation of the program still has some arising issues and limitations such as some localities and units do not send enough union members to be supported according to the allocation; the number of union members with incorrect information is still high, leading to not purchasing goods; many union members cancel orders after successfully purchasing; the number of goods successfully delivered and being delivered is only about 60%; unable to log in to the account, locked account, account has no information, orders are automatically canceled or canceled by the seller...
Therefore, to ensure time and convenience for union members to purchase goods at the program (ending at 24:00 on January 20, 2025), the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requests that provincial and municipal labor federations, central and equivalent industry unions, and general corporation unions under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor urgently direct and strengthen the staff of higher-level union officials to urge, guide and coordinate with grassroots unions to support union members to complete their purchases.
Review and summarize cases where union members cannot purchase goods, union members have their orders canceled by sellers (if any) and send them to the Labor Relations Department (email address: khungelaodongtld@gmail.com) before 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 10, 2025 for coordination and resolution.
