On November 27, the Trade Union of Hong Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company announced that the unit had just held the 6th Trade Union Conference, term 2025-2030.
Over the past term, the Company's Trade Union has actively participated in contributing and developing policies and laws related to employees and Trade Union organizations; Coordinated the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, organized employee conferences and dialogues at the workplace, signed collective labor agreements at enterprises.
Regarding care, the unit has spent more than 1.7 billion VND on visits, anniversaries, employees' birthdays; giving gifts on holidays and Tet; organizing tours for union members and employees, etc.
In social activities, the Trade Union mobilizes members and employees to contribute to the Golden Heart Fund, Action Month for Children; support policy families, poor households, and children with studiousness in many localities; support people affected by storm No. 3 (storm Yagi), storm No. 10 (storm Bualoi).
The emulation movements "Good at public work - Good at housework" associated with "Women who actively study, work creatively, build happy families", "Good at work", "Creative at work", "Innovation and creativity in effective work" in Trade Union activities, ... were launched and received positive responses from union members and employees.
Entering the new term, the Company's Trade Union aims to innovate Trade Union activities to meet the requirements of the new situation, in line with the unit's professional field. In particular, the Trade Union strives to have 100% of employees join the Trade Union; Introduce 2 outstanding union members for the Party to consider and admit; sign collective labor agreements.
