The Trade Union of Power Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO3) has just successfully held its 3rd Congress, for the new term 2025 - 2030.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, EVNGENCO3 Trade Union has coordinated with the professional team to sign labor contracts, fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for 100% of employees; raise salaries and increase the number of workers for more than 1,800 employees.
Also during the above period, from the emulation movement launched by EVNGENCO3 Trade Union, the employees of the Corporation have had 273 initiatives recognized and applied, many of which have earned billions of VND each year.
The Congress also set a goal for the 2025 - 2030 term to continue promoting trade union activities, launching emulation movements associated with the production and business tasks of the Corporation and affirming its role in representing and caring for union members and workers in the new context.
Strive for 100% of qualified workers when newly recruited to be admitted to the union, 100% of new units (if any) to come into operation after being established, and peer-level union organizations to be established and come into operation according to regulations. At the same time, strive to train and coach 100% of union officials from grassroots union executive committee members or higher in their professional skills during their term; ensure that 100% of newly elected grassroots union chairmen are properly trained and fostered; Strive for 100% of unit union organizations to introduce outstanding union members to the Party for consideration, with an average of 20 outstanding union members admitted to the Party each year.
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term with 15 members, Mr. Vu Quang Sang will continue to be elected as Chairman of the General Corporation's Trade Union.
At the congress, EVNGENCO3 Trade Union launched a fundraising campaign to support people in the Central - Central Highlands provinces affected by recent floods.
