On August 4, news from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Employment Service Center said that it has coordinated with the People's Committee of Cam Ranh ward to organize the 2026 Job Transaction Session, creating opportunities to connect between workers and businesses.
Responding to the program, the Cam Ranh Ward Youth Union promoted propaganda and mobilized union members, youth and workers to participate in the transaction session to learn about recruitment information, career orientation and access suitable job opportunities.
The transaction session had the participation of 12 businesses and direct recruitment units, including 2 businesses recruiting workers to work abroad for a fixed term.
Businesses have a need to recruit more than 1,900 workers to work domestically and work abroad under contracts for many positions in fields such as textiles, restaurants - hotels, services, technology...
In addition to the domestic labor market, workers also have the opportunity to learn about work programs in Japan, Romania, Algeria, Russia and Taiwan (China).
The trading session attracted 115 workers to participate.
Among them, 76 people directly interviewed businesses; 38 people were considered for recruitment, including 4 people who were employed immediately at the session and 34 people were invited by businesses to participate in the next recruitment round.
In addition, 9 people registered for the need to work abroad under contract.
According to the organizers, the job transaction session contributes to connecting labor supply and demand, creating conditions for union members, youth and workers to access recruitment information, find suitable jobs, and at the same time support businesses in recruiting and supplementing human resources to serve production and business activities.
Through propaganda activities, mobilizing union members and youth to participate in job transaction sessions, Cam Ranh Ward Youth Union continues to promote its role in accompanying youth in studying, establishing themselves, and starting a career, contributing to the implementation of job creation and socio-economic development in the area.
