On July 31st, the Department of Employment, Ministry of Home Affairs, in coordination with the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai City, organized a Conference to Deploy the National Job Exchange and launch the Dong Nai City Labor Leasing Business Association.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Manh Khuong emphasized: Dong Nai is one of the largest industrial centers of the country, concentrating a large number of businesses, industrial parks and workers. This is also a locality with a very large labor recruitment demand and plays an important role in connecting labor supply and demand in the Southeast region. Therefore, the deployment of the National Job Exchange in Dong Nai is not only meaningful for the locality but also contributes to improving the efficiency of labor market connection nationwide.

Vice Chairman of Dong Nai City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang said that in the period 2026-2030, Dong Nai strives to create jobs for about 500,000 people, increase the number of employed workers in the economy to about 2.6 million people, maintain the unemployment rate below 2%; and at the same time, expand the coverage of social insurance. To achieve these goals, close coordination between state management agencies, businesses, vocational education institutions and related organizations is needed.
The conference to deploy the National Job Exchange is a platform to connect labor market information in all provinces, cities and the whole country, contributing to supporting state management; at the same time, creating conditions for businesses and workers to access recruitment information and find jobs more conveniently.
