On July 21, information from the Trade Union of the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group said that the unit has been focusing resources, caring for union members and workers.
This activity of the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group Trade Union is always accompanied and coordinated by units under the Group. The whole unit currently has 60,671 employees, with an average monthly income of 27.5 million VND per person.
Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan - Chairwoman of the Group's Trade Union said that through the trade union activities, the unit promptly visited, supported, and presented gifts to union members and workers.
From the beginning of 2025 to now, more than 218 billion VND has been supported and given gifts to union members and employees in the Group by this unit.
For workers who have to be on duty during holidays and Tet holidays, the trade union organizes timely visits and encouragement right at the workplace, ensuring continuous production.
"The Trade Union also coordinates with the profession to arrange reasonable rest time and organize cultural and sports activities to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for workers to be more attached to the Group," Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan shared.
Ms. Lan added that the unit also actively participates in social security activities, supporting people in disadvantaged areas affected by natural disasters.
The Trade Union and member units of the Group sponsored 40 billion VND to the people of Kho Vang village, Coc Lau commune, Bac Ha district, the old Lao Cai province. This money is invested in the construction of reconstruction works for people affected by storm No. 3 (storm Yagi in 2024).
Here, the Union presented gifts to people in difficult circumstances with the amount of 70 million VND. The union also supported 500 million VND for the People's Committee of Coc Lau commune to organize to care for the people's security.
Along with that, the unit donated 4 billion VND through the Golden Heart Fund (Vietnam Television) to rebuild the Lang Nu residential area, Phuc Khanh commune, Bao Yen district, Lao Cai province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (storm Yagi in 2024)...
