According to the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, in the period 2023-2025, the movement "Good Labor, Creative Labor" attracted over 85,000 turns of workers, civil servants and laborers to participate, registering 6,759 initiatives, of which thousands of initiatives were applied to production and business practices. The city has organized the affixing of signs for 115 projects and products to celebrate important events, including 37 city-level projects.
In particular, 412 topics and initiatives were recognized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with the "Creative Labor" Certificate. The movement "Green - Clean - Beautiful, Ensuring occupational safety and health" was implemented in 100% of enterprises, administrative units, and non-business units with trade union organizations, thereby contributing to improving working conditions and taking care of workers' health.
In 2025 alone, the emulation movement in Hai Phong continued to maintain a vibrant and in-depth atmosphere. The whole city had over 57,000 turns of union members and workers registering for emulation; implementing 97 projects and products to celebrate major holidays, many projects worth tens of billions of VND, clearly showing the pioneering role of the working class and trade union organizations in socio-economic development fields. The initiative movement had 2,380 technical innovation initiatives recognized, of which 162 initiatives were proposed to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for consideration for the Creative Labor Medal.
