Multi-story house in Hanoi catches fire fiercely

    Hanoi - A fierce fire broke out at a multi-story house on Le Loi street (Ha Dong ward).

    According to initial information, the fire started at about 8 am this morning (January 8), at a multi-story house on Le Loi street (Ha Dong ward, Hanoi).

    Some witnesses said that the fire likely broke out on the 1st floor of the house, then spread quickly to the upper floors, generating a lot of black smoke rising high.

    As soon as the fire was discovered, people around tried to put out the fire but failed.

    Upon receiving the news from the people, the Command Information Center - Hanoi City Police urgently mobilized Fire and Rescue Team No. 4 and the support of other Fire and Rescue Teams in the area with officers, soldiers, fire trucks, and ladder trucks to the scene to fight the fire and search and rescue.

    Firefighting and search and rescue work is still being urgently deployed by functional forces.
