The area from Quang Tri to Da Nang city and the east of provinces from Quang Ngai to Gia Lai will have rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places. The meteorological agency recommends that severe cold weather may affect public health. Severe cold weather, frost and frost reduce resistance, increase the risk of disease outbreaks, and cause damage to livestock and poultry.
