In order to recognize and encourage the academic achievements of children of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD) and at the same time demonstrate the accompanying role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting children, the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation organizes activities for children and rewards outstanding students in the 2024-2025 school year.
Accordingly, the subjects to be rewarded are students from primary to high school, children of union members and employees of grassroots unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor.
The reward standard includes two main groups:
Students with high academic achievements, winning prizes in provincial, national and international excellent student competitions recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training or the Department of Education and Training.
Students who overcome difficulties to study well are those in especially difficult circumstances (ils have serious illnesses, disabilities; families with relatives with serious illnesses, accidents, or are single households with income below the regional minimum wage), but still strive to achieve Good, Good results, Complete well or excellently the subjects in the 2024-2025 school year.
The reward level is clearly regulated by the Provincial Labor Federation, depending on the achievements and circumstances of students. Specifically, each student who wins prizes in national and international excellent student competitions will receive a prize worth 2 million VND along with a gift bag worth no more than 100,000 VND.
For students who win provincial prizes, the prize is 1 million VND and a similar gift bag. Students with difficult circumstances but still trying to improve their studies and achieve good results will be rewarded with 500,000 VND and a gift bag worth no more than 100,000 VND.
The Provincial Federation of Labor hopes that this activity will become a timely source of encouragement, helping students make more efforts in their studies and training.
At the same time, this is also a testament to the responsible role of the Trade Union organization in effectively implementing the movement "All people care for, educate and protect children", contributing to spreading social awareness and creating motivation for union members and employees to work, work and produce with peace of mind.
