On June 7, together with localities across the country, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation responded and participated in the online launching ceremony of the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to celebrate the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
The emulation movement was launched to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere among union members and workers, arouse the spirit of overcoming difficulties, creative labor, improving labor productivity, improving income and contributing to the socio-economic development goals of the country.
The core content of the movement focuses on promoting the application of science and technology, digital transformation in production; promoting initiatives and technical improvements; improving skills, discipline and building industrial working styles among workers and laborers.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to quickly report on the results of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress; summarize Workers' Month, Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026 and the online contest "Each union member - An initiative for occupational safety and health".
According to the Provincial Labor Federation, currently the whole province has 110 grassroots trade unions in the production and business sector with about 4,600 union members working at enterprises, cooperatives and non-state units.

In Workers' Month 2026, trade union levels mobilized and supported over 800 million VND to care for union members and workers in difficult circumstances; signed 7 new collective labor agreements, including 5 agreements supplementing clauses to increase the value of lunch meals for workers.
Activities to care for and express gratitude to workers continue to be widely implemented such as the "Thank you workers" program, "Trade Union meals", dialogues at the workplace and many cultural, artistic and sports activities at the grassroots level.
In particular, for the first time, the Provincial Labor Federation organized a program to meet and commend skilled craftsmen and technical workers in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, thereby honoring 36 typical individuals.
In the Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, the online contest "Each Union Member - An Initiative for Occupational Safety and Health" attracted 2,543 union members and workers to participate, contributing to spreading awareness of ensuring safety in labor and production.
On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded Creative Labor Certificates to typical union members and workers; awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor.
The Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation also commended and rewarded many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities and emulation movements in 2025 and 2026.
On this occasion, 8 union members and workers suffering from critical illnesses and occupational diseases in the province received support from the program "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress".
