On September 26, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor had a working session with senior leaders of Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Company Limited to grasp the production situation, labor relations and employment of workers.

Attending the meeting were Mr. Kha Van Tam - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor; Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Mr. Tat Da Nhat - Senior Director of Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Company and representatives of the two units.
Mr. Tat Da Nhat said that the enterprise currently has nearly 28,000 employees, and labor relations are basically stable. The company has fully implemented salary, bonus and welfare regimes in accordance with legal regulations. The company always listens and coordinates to promptly resolve recommendations from grassroots unions, and hopes to continue to receive support from higher-level unions in the period of organizational model innovation.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Kha Van Tam acknowledged the efforts of enterprises and grassroots unions in maintaining stable production, taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers. He affirmed that the consistent goal of the Trade Union organization is to best care for workers, accompanying businesses in development.
The Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that the company continue to pay attention to improving welfare policies, improving the working environment, and promptly resolving workers' petitions. In particular, the construction of housing for workers needs to be accelerated to meet the housing needs.
Regarding grassroots trade union activities, Mr. Kha Van Tam emphasized the need for innovation and creativity in organizing activities, regularly grasping the thoughts and aspirations of union members, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
