A noteworthy point in the current labor market picture is the qualification structure. The demand for general labor recruitment accounts for 73.36%, while 56.85% of recruitment positions do not require experience. However, besides the positive signs, the province's labor market still poses a risk of unsynchronized development.
The prominent issue is the "dismatch" between labor supply and demand, both surplus and local shortage. To solve the human resource problem, linking labor supply and demand with the province's socio-economic development orientation, Mr. Tran Dai Duong proposed a number of key solutions.
First of all, for training and human resource development, it is necessary to promote a vocational training strategy associated with the practical needs of businesses. For workers, it is necessary to actively participate in short-term training courses, improve skills and equip themselves with labor discipline, foreign languages, and soft skills to improve competitiveness in the market.

"Khanh Hoa does not avoid those limitations. We see this as a'bottleneck' that needs to be removed soon if we want to switch to a growth model based on knowledge, technology and innovation," Mr. Ha emphasized.
