On September 1, according to the Dong Nai City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, the Cai Riverside Road Project (section from Ha Huy Giap road to Tran Quoc Toan road) has a route length of nearly 4.6km, with a total investment of nearly 574 billion VND.
The project will invest in building a 32m wide road, 5 bridges on the route and technical infrastructure, green trees, and traffic safety signs.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong newspaper on the morning of September 1st, in the area near Thong Nhat bridge, Tran Bien ward, the project site has been handed over to date, and the contractor is currently focusing machinery and construction materials throughout the holiday.
To date, out of 4 packages under construction, there are 2 packages with construction volumes reaching about 90% compared to the contract value. Specifically, package No. 10 is the construction package for the bridge and approach roads at both ends of the bridges of 5 bridges Ba Bot, Chim Tau, Rach Gio, Suoi Linh, Tan Mai; package No. 20 is the construction package for relocating high-voltage, medium-voltage, low-voltage power lines, transformer stations and lighting under the project.
The remaining 2 bidding packages, construction package No. 27 and package No. 28, are also being focused on construction.
The investor and contractor are striving to carry out rolling construction, completing the project before December 31, 2027.
The Cai riverside road project has a total land area to be recovered of nearly 15ha. Up to now, according to Tran Bien Ward People's Committee, the land to be recovered for project construction in the ward has been handed over 100% of the land. For Tam Hiep ward, all people agreed to hand over the land for project construction.
