The conference aims to continue to widely spread the study and following of Uncle Ho among union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in the province.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Le Duy - Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation said that in the past 5 years, the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo has been synchronously implemented by trade union levels in the province, creating many positive changes in the awareness and actions of union members and workers.
According to Mr. Tran Le Duy, studying and following Uncle Ho is not only limited to awareness but has become a specific action in many agencies, units, and businesses. Through this, many good models, effective ways of doing things, and examples of dedication and responsibility to work and employees have emerged.
From 2021 to now, trade union levels in Tay Ninh province have organized more than 8,000 propaganda sessions with about 350,000 turns of officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers participating.
To date, 100% of agencies, units, and joint-stock enterprises with state capital in the province have built ethical standards associated with the movement to build "Agency, unit, and enterprise meeting cultural standards".
Propaganda and education work has also been innovated in a flexible direction, promoting the application of information technology and digital platforms to improve the effectiveness of reaching union members and workers.
In parallel, activities to care for union members' lives continue to be emphasized. In the past 5 years, trade union levels have donated 520 "Trade Union Homes" with a total budget of nearly 38 billion VND, contributing to helping many workers' families stabilize their lives.
Many practical programs such as "Tet reunion", "Thank you workers", "Trade Union meal", "New Year's Eve meal",... are also regularly implemented, supporting more than 30,000 turns of union members and workers.
Trade union levels in Tay Ninh province also mobilized union members and businesses to contribute to support the Agent Orange/dioxin Victims Fund and support people affected by natural disasters and storms.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation commended and rewarded 51 collectives and 97 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style in the period 2021-2025.
