On July 16, the Trade Union of Uy Viet Shoes Manufacturing Company Limited said that the unit is planning to organize a program to honor workers.
The program is expected to take place at the end of July 2025, with an estimated 400 workers with outstanding achievements in production labor; and a number of union officials with good achievements in the cause of building the union organization, in the period from July 2024 to June 30, 2025, will be honored and rewarded.
According to the Trade Union of Uy Viet Shoes Manufacturing Company Limited, this is an annual activity, and at the same time to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025).
This is also an opportunity to review the history of the Trade Union organization together; and honor union members and workers who are attached to the development of enterprises, achieving high results and achievements in production labor and Trade Union activities.
"The unit is reviewing, inspecting and completing the program to organize it according to plan and in accordance with regulations," said a representative of the Trade Union of Uy Viet Shoes Manufacturing Company Limited.
It is known that Uy Viet Shoes Manufacturing Co., Ltd. currently has about 8,569 union members and workers working; at headquarters in Dong Xuyen Industrial Park and Chau Duc Industrial Park (HCMC).
