On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27,47 - July 27, 2025), the Trade Union of the Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) organized the program About Sources in the Central Highlands provinces. This is a trip for BIDV staff who are war invalids, relatives of martyrs, children/necks of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.

The entire BIDV system currently has 40 officers who are war invalids, relatives of martyrs, children/necks of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers. Including 4 war invalids, 34 people are relatives of martyrs, 2 people are children/necks of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers. These are officials working in departments, offices at headquarters and branches with different responsibilities.

In this year's journey to the source, the delegation visited the Central Highlands - a land that marked the heroic feats in the resistance war against the US to save the country. The trip is not only a journey of gratitude but also an opportunity to foster patriotism and national pride, adding a traditional flame to today's generation. Along with the historical activities, the return to the source journey is also an opportunity for the members of the group to explore the unique and poetic beauty of the Central Highlands mountains and forests. The program About the origin in 2025 truly becomes a bridge between the glorious past and the present. Thereby giving spiritual strength to BIDV officers and employees to continue to steadfastly walk on the path of national construction and development. In particular, the trip has contributed to arousing the pride and sense of responsibility of the generation to live and work in peace, always being grateful to the previous generation of ancestors who sacrificed their blood for the Fatherland.

Also on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, BIDV Trade Union organized a visit and presented gifts to Nursing and Nursing Centers for War Invalids and People with meritorious services to the country in provinces and cities... with a total value of 700 million VND. This amount of money was donated by BIDV Trade Union to the Centers to care for and nurture war invalids, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and take care of facilities at the Center.

The organization of the Resources for War Invalids, relatives of martyrs, children/ grandchildren of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers working at the unit is not only a demonstration of the spirit of "Remembering the source of drinking water" but also an opportunity to show gratitude to those who have contributed to the country, while enhancing the sense of responsibility of each person.
