Previously, 820 contestants from district, city, and industry trade unions competed in their units to select the best contestants to attend the provincial round.
The 3 parts of the exam include self-introduction about your locality and unit; General knowledge test to learn about the Charter and resolutions of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union and the Resolution of the 11th Congress of the Trade Union of Kien Giang province; Exam to handle difficult situations that arise in the practice of grassroots trade union activities. These are all relatively difficult competition rounds, carefully researched and selected by the Provincial Labor Confederation Standing Committee so that through this competition, Trade Union officials can update more useful knowledge and accumulate more skills for themselves.
