In order to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks of the Trade Union organization, Party building work, the political system and the implementation of regimes and policies for union members and workers, the Party Delegation of the Thai Binh Provincial Federation of Labor and the Standing Committees of the District and City Party Committees held a conference to sign the regulations on coordination of work for the period 2024 - 2028.
The regulations on coordination of work for the period 2024 - 2028 include the following contents: Coordinating the dissemination and implementation of resolutions and directives of the Party, policies and laws of the State, resolutions, conclusions and action programs of the Provincial Party Committee and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; coordinating in the work of building a clean and strong Party and government, strong trade union organization, in the work of organizing cadres and evaluating cadres and party members; coordinating in leading and directing the organization of emulation movements among union members and workers and taking care of and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; coordinating in the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions, developing party members among workers and establishing party organizations in enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province affirmed that in recent times, the trade union organization and the workforce have made positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the province.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee requested local Party committees, authorities and trade unions to continue building clean and strong trade unions at all levels in conjunction with building party organizations, introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider and admit. Pay more attention to and take better care of the lives of union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances. At the same time, train and foster a contingent of successor union officials to meet job requirements in the new situation.
