Working hard and daring to innovate
It took us a long time to meet Party member Bui Tran Thai, when he returned from the bird's nest island, 13 nautical miles from Nha Trang City.
After more than 30 years of working, Mr. Thai started as a technical worker. In 2001, Mr. Bui Tran Thai was admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Mr. Thai shared, "standing among Party members, I determined not only to be diligent but also to dare to innovate. The spirit of daring to think, daring to speak, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, daring to innovate, being creative, daring to face difficulties and challenges and daring to act for the common good has helped me mature.
With his continuous efforts, from practical work, Mr. Thai always explores initiatives, improves the application of scientific achievements in the development of bird's nest caves, and improves the quality of Khanh Hoa bird's nest.
In particular, when the Company assigned him the responsibility of Head of the Technical Department and responsibility for exploiting the bird island, Mr. Thai felt more compelled to change.
With 33 bird islands and 173 bird caves that the Company is managing, I myself have experienced extremely difficult bird island exploitation work, so to ensure the safety of each worker, I always propose a plan to exploit bird cages on time, each cave, organize appropriate assignments for each member of the exploitation board. Many initiatives and improvements were born during the days when my brothers and I stayed on the island and in the grottos to exploit the bird's nest" - Mr. Thai said.
Outstanding as the initiative to set up scaffolding before exploiting bird's nest, Mr. Thai and his colleagues proposed improving drilling holes, planting stainless steel in the cave walls, and establishing a floor system to make it more convenient for workers to exploit bird's nest on the caves.
In particular, the initiative to improve technical skills in winter caves, creating a suitable environment for island birds to successfully live, has opened a new direction in the bird's nest management industry. Contributing to the development of island bird collections and nest output, increasing revenue for localities...
worthy of being a professional worker Party member
Being a typical worker party member of Khanh Hoa was commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, for Mr. Bui Tran Thai not only an honor and pride but also a strong source of motivation to continue to strive and contribute to the development of the Company and his hometown Khanh Hoa.

Mr. Thai said: For me, coming to the Party is a dream, a goal to constantly strive and practice, helping me become more mature.
The sacred moment of reading the oath in front of the Party flag is forever engraved in my mind. That oath is not only a belief and determination but also a flame that lights up every worker who is a Party member".
According to Mr. Thai, the most important thing for workers' Party members is to always be pioneers and exemplary in leading movement activities, maintaining a simple lifestyle, a spirit of solidarity and love for colleagues.
At the same time, it is difficult to learn, explore, be creative in work, and propose many initiatives to improve labor productivity, efficiency, and save costs for businesses.
Thereby, helping to create a solid step forward in career, increase income and build a professional working style, contributing to the overall development of the organization, society and the community.
