Lang Son spends nearly 7.7 billion VND to pay for commune-level staff streamlining regime

Lang Son - The Provincial People's Committee approved nearly 7.7 billion VND to pay benefits to 60 non-specialized commune-level workers subject to the second phase of staff reduction in 2026.

According to the decision of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, the budget for implementing policies and regimes for non-specialized workers at the commune level according to Decree 154/2025/ND-CP of the Government is 7.69 billion VND.

The approved list includes 60 non-specialized commune-level personnel in the province.

This funding is used to pay for regimes when implementing staff streamlining, including one-time allowances, annual allowances and job search allowances.

In the total approved budget, one-time allowances accounted for more than 5.74 billion VND; annual allowances of more than 1.4 billion VND; job search allowances of more than 468 million VND.

Cases eligible for payment are distributed in 23 communes and wards.

Some localities with large budgets include Nhat Hoa commune with more than 1.01 billion VND, Hong Phong commune with more than 827 million VND, Chien Thang commune with nearly 680 million VND, Hung Vu commune with more than 597 million VND, Xuan Duong commune with more than 466 million VND, Dong Dang commune with more than 444 million VND and Cao Loc commune with nearly 420 million VND.

The titles subject to streamlining mainly include: vice chairman of commune-level mass organizations, deputy secretary of the youth union, deputy commander of the commune-level military command, veterinary staff, agricultural extension staff and officials of the Party Committee Office.

The funding approval is carried out in the context of Lang Son continuing to arrange and consolidate the organizational structure at the grassroots level after arranging administrative units, while ensuring benefits for people subject to streamlining.
