Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the list of non-specialized workers at the commune level to implement staff streamlining according to Decree 154/2025 of the Government.
This list includes 63 people, working in many communes and wards after arranging administrative units. Positions subject to resignation include Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, Deputy Chairman of the Women's Union, Deputy Chairman of the Farmers' Union, Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Deputy Commander of the Military Command of commune level, veterinary staff, agricultural extension staff, Party Committee office.

The approved cases belong to 23 communes and wards, including Trang Dinh, Quoc Viet, Dong Dang, Cao Loc, Cong Son, Ba Son, Kien Moc, Chien Thang, Thien Tan, Yen Binh, Hung Vu, Vu Lang, Nhat Hoa, Tan Tri, Hong Phong, Quy Hoa, Thien Hoa, Thien Thuat, Dinh Lap, Thai Binh, Loc Binh, Xuan Duong and Dong Kinh ward.
In the list, Chien Thang commune has 7 cases; Nhat Hoa commune and Hong Phong commune have 6 cases each; Cao Loc commune and Hung Vu commune have 5 cases each. Some localities have one case such as Trang Dinh, Quoc Viet, Ba Son, Vu Lang, Tan Tri, Thien Thuat, Dinh Lap, Loc Binh and Dong Kinh ward.
The time of retirement for the cases mainly falls in May 2026. Some people retire from 2025, including the milestones 1. 7, 1. 9, 1. 10 and 1. 12. 2025.
According to the decision, the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for carrying out procedures to resolve regimes and policies for people under their management authority.
The Council for appraising regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees in state agencies in the province is responsible for the accuracy of the subjects, conditions, and standards eligible for policies.
