On June 7, at Lang Son College, the Labor Federation of Lang Son province organized the Launching Ceremony of the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" for the period 2026 - 2031, celebrating the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
The highlight of the program is the content of propaganda on the application of science and technology, digital transformation in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities.
This activity was organized immediately after the national launching ceremony, in order to concretize one of the important requirements set by the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress in the new term.
According to the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2026 - 2031, the trade union organization focuses on strongly applying science and technology, innovation and digital transformation in trade union activities, while promoting production and business.
This is also one of the two breakthroughs of the term, in addition to improving the quality of the contingent of trade union officials, especially full-time trade union officials and grassroots trade union presidents.
In Lang Son, digital transformation not only serves management, administration, and propaganda, but also contributes to connecting union members and workers, improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
The program is organized at the same time as bridge points across the country.
At the program, delegates directly watched the Launching Ceremony organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; listened to quick information on the results of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031; participated in the launching ceremony of the emulation movement and response activities at Lang Son bridge point.
On this occasion, the Labor Federation of Lang Son province organized commendations for individuals with effective initiatives and solutions in labor and production in 2025.
Along with that, the Labor Federation of Lang Son province also organized delegations to visit, encourage, and give gifts to union members and workers suffering from dangerous diseases.
The 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress takes place from May 3rd to June 6th at the National Convention Center, Hanoi, with the participation of 780 delegates representing more than 10 million trade union members and a large number of workers, civil servants, and laborers nationwide.
The Congress identified the general objective for the 2026 - 2031 term as continuing to develop union members, improve the organizational model, and improve operational efficiency; well perform the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
One of the new points of the term is the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income", implemented on the foundation of the movement "Good labor, Creative labor".
The movement aims to encourage workers to improve their skills, innovate, increase productivity, and improve income; and at the same time promote businesses to pay more attention to working conditions, welfare and the lives of workers.
