The launched program aims to respond to the emulation movement launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, celebrating the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Medical Union said that responding to the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" shows the determination of the Health Sector Trade Union organization in concretizing the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, and at the same time continues to ignite the spirit of innovation, responsibility and aspiration to contribute of the team of officials, union members, and workers throughout the industry.
With the motto of directing all activities to grassroots levels and workers, trade union levels have implemented many practical activities, in which the work of caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers continues to be identified as a key task.

The Vietnam Medical Union has supported and awarded 438 support packages to 438 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from dangerous diseases, labor accidents, and occupational diseases at 55 units with a total amount of 876 million VND.
Grassroots Trade Unions have coordinated with Party committees, authorities and philanthropists to organize visits and gifts for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses, labor accidents, pregnant female workers, and raising young children for 336 union members with a total budget of more than 300 million VND.
At the Launching Ceremony of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026 in Hue city, the Vietnam Medical Union coordinated to present 500 gifts to people; presented gifts to union members and workers who suffered from work accidents, occupational diseases and critical illnesses in difficult circumstances. These activities continue to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization as a reliable fulcrum, always accompanying union members and workers.
Trade union levels have organized many dialogue activities, taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers, and at the same time promoting patriotic emulation movements, good labor, and creative labor throughout the industry.
Recognizing the outstanding achievements and contributions of union members and workers, in 2025, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded 7 Creative Labor Certificates to individuals in the health sector who have initiatives and solutions that bring practical benefits to agencies and units.
At the same time, on the occasion of the 5-year preliminary review of the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style among workers, civil servants, public employees, and laborers, the Vietnam Medical Union honored 7 collectives and 19 typical individuals with many outstanding achievements.
In particular, at the Conference to commend good workers, civil servants, and laborers in the health sector in 2026, the Vietnam Medical Union commended 119 typical good workers, civil servants, and laborers, contributing to spreading advanced examples, arousing the spirit of responsibility, innovation, and aspiration to contribute in the entire health sector.
These results are proof of the spirit of responsibility, creativity and dedication of the team of officials, union members, and workers of the health sector; and at the same time are an important premise for us to enter a new emulation phase with higher determination.
