At the same time, the machinery system is shielded and locally soundproofed to help reduce the occurrence of loud noise, thereby ensuring health and increasing safety for workers," Ms. Quynh said.
Ms. Pham Thuy Quynh's initiative, after a period of practical implementation, not only significantly improved working conditions and protected workers' health, but also directly improved productivity and product quality.

Many of her proposals have been approved by businesses and effectively implemented, such as increasing the midday meal support level from 20,000 VND to 30,000 VND/person/day.
Maintain an average attendance bonus of 500,000 VND/person/month; support gasoline for workers far away by about 450,000 VND/person/month... These policies not only improve life but also contribute to retaining workers and stabilizing production.
