On the evening of February 16 (ie, the night of the 29th of Tet), in the sacred moment of preparing to welcome the Binh Ngo Spring New Year 2026, a working delegation of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union led by Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, visited, wished Tet and presented gifts to union members, workers, and medical staff of the Transport Hospital who are on duty at night.
Attending and welcoming the delegation were Dr. Bui Sy Tuan Anh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Hospital; BSCKII Bui Hong Giang - Deputy Director of the Hospital; the Executive Committee of the Hospital's Trade Union, along with doctors, staff, union members, and employees on duty on New Year's Eve.

Speaking at the visit, Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong acknowledged and praised the hospital's persistent contributions throughout the 70-year journey of construction and development. Comrade emphasized that in any circumstances, especially in sacred times when families are gathered together, the team of doctors still silently contributes and is dedicated to patients. The image of "white-shirted soldiers" who are ready to be on duty day and night for emergency care and treatment of patients is a noble proof of the spirit of responsibility and medical ethics of medical professionals.
On behalf of the collective of officials, employees, and laborers of the Hospital, Dr. Bui Sy Tuan Anh expressed his deep gratitude for the regular and practical attention of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union over the years. The gifts and sincere words of encouragement on New Year's Eve are not only of material significance but also a great source of spiritual encouragement, adding faith and strength for the team of doctors and nurses to successfully complete the task of caring for and protecting people's health.
In the warm atmosphere of the year-end night, the sharing feelings of the leaders of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union spread, affirming the companion role of the Trade Union organization with union members and workers, contributing to creating a meaningful and complete spring.
Previously, on February 15, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union Pham Hoai Phuong directly came to encourage and give gifts to officials, workers and forces on duty throughout Tet on the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway.
At the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway, Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong visited and encouraged officials, union members, and workers at the toll station managed and operated by Phap Van - Cau Gie BOT Joint Stock Company (under Phuong Thanh Transport Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company).

The comrade acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of responsibility and proactiveness of the unit in developing plans to organize duty and regulate traffic, ensuring that the main road at the southern gateway of the Capital is always smooth and safe in the context of increased traffic during Tet.
Directly meeting and encouraging officials, union members, and workers who are on duty throughout Tet, Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong cordially inquired about the lives, working conditions and Tet benefits of workers; and praised the spirit of dedication, sense of responsibility and efforts to overcome difficulties of the unit's collective; each duty position, each working shift during Tet days all make an important contribution to ensuring safe traffic, serving people to enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet - Comrade Chairman emphasized.
Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong affirmed: The Vietnam Construction Trade Union always accompanies, cares for, and protects the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time requested businesses to continue to pay attention to fully implementing regimes and policies so that workers can feel secure in their work.
Also here, Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong visited and wished Tet to officers and soldiers of Road Traffic Patrol and Control Team No. 3 (C08) under the Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security. Comrade shared the difficulties and hardships of the force during peak duty days and expressed his belief in the spirit of responsibility and the will to complete tasks of officers and soldiers in ensuring traffic order and safety, contributing to maintaining security and order on the route, especially during the peak Tet holiday.
