The visit was attended by Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Planning and Investment, Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, leaders of Ninh Thuan province and 100 workers and laborers in the area.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung commented that in 2024, the domestic and international situation had many fluctuations, however, Vietnam had many positive results in socio-economic development.
From the achieved results, Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung assessed that 2025 will be the year Vietnam enters a new era of development - the nation's rise.
To contribute to the overall development of the country, the Party Committee, government, people and businesses of Ninh Thuan province must continue to compete and strive for higher achievements than in 2024.
During his time working in Ninh Thuan, Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung highly appreciated Ninh Thuan province and the trade union organization for regularly maintaining practical, warm and meaningful Tet care activities for workers.
According to Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung, Tet is an occasion for the Party and State to pay attention to union members, civil servants and workers across the country.
He said that this is also an opportunity for everyone to summarize a year of hard competition but also get ready for a year with lots of joy and new hope.
"I wish everyone good health, happiness, and lots of energy so that we can successfully complete our highest tasks in 2025," said Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung.
At the meeting, the Minister of Planning and Investment and the delegation presented 100 gifts, each worth 1.3 million VND, to workers in Ninh Thuan province.
