At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Ha Nam Provincial Police announced and presented the Decision on appointing Senior Colonel Do Thi Thu Hien - Head of Phu Ly City Police - to the position of Deputy Director of Ha Nam Provincial Police.
Colonel To Anh Dung - Director of Ha Nam Provincial Police - congratulated Senior Lieutenant Colonel Do Thi Thu Hien - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police on being honored to be trusted and assigned a new task by the Central Party Committee of the Public Security and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security; at the same time, emphasized that Senior Lieutenant Colonel Do Thi Thu Hien is a cadre who has been trained through many working positions and matured from the grassroots, has a strong political stance and good moral qualities.
