On April 13, information from the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that the provincial working delegation led by Mr. Truong Cong Thai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and wished Dak Lak Rubber Company Limited a happy New Year in Pakxe province, Lao People's Democratic Republic.
The visit is held on the occasion of the traditional Bun Pi May 2025 of the Lao people, taking place from April 14 to 16.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai sent his best New Year wishes to all officers and employees of the company. Especially the team of Lao cadres and workers working here.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Truong Cong Thai emphasized that the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee always acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions of Dak Lak Rubber Company Limited in strengthening economic cooperation and tightening friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
In the coming time, businesses need to continue to pay attention to and implement more welfare programs, ensuring salary and bonus regimes for local workers.
Currently, Daklaoruco Rubber Company Limited in Laos (Daklaoruco) is managing about 8,500 hectares of rubber growing area, with more than 2,500 direct workers who are Laotians and 250 indirect staff including both Vietnamese and Laotians.
From the beginning of 2025 to now, labor relations at the company have remained stable, security and order in rubber growing areas have been guaranteed.
The lives of Lao workers have been increasingly improved, contributing to improving production efficiency and attachment to enterprises.
