Monetary support can be transferred to the account of the Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor. For goods and necessities, it can be transferred to the Binh Duong Provincial Labor Culture Center in An Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.
The money and donated goods will be collected by the Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor, together with Binh Duong provincial agencies, and delivered to people in flood-affected areas.
Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - President of the Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor - shared: "Surely, each of us, in recent days, has been heartbroken by the heartbreaking images of people in the provinces devastated by storms and floods. Those images remind us of the time when Binh Duong was attacked by the COVID-19 pandemic... At that time, people from the North sent people to transport goods to Binh Duong to provide relief and help us defeat the devastating pandemic. Today, if I do not say it, everyone will understand and do the same as what people from the North have done to help us. I hope all union members, workers, and businesses in Binh Duong will share and support to respond to the affection of people from the North who have helped us during the COVID-19 pandemic."
Binh Duong province supports 10 billion VND
On September 10, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong Province - Standing Committee of the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee supported 10 billion VND from the "Relief Fund" of the province, supporting people in 10 northern provinces and cities to overcome the consequences of natural disasters caused by storm No. 3, including: Son La, Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Hoa Binh, Yen Bai, Thai Binh, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong, each locality 1 billion VND. On September 10, 2024, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Van Danh directly presented a symbolic board of 10 billion VND at the Launching Ceremony organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Hanoi. The Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee transferred money directly to the above 10 provinces and cities.
