In 10 years, the City Labor Federation Inspection Committee inspected the trade union at the grassroots level and affiliated trade union financial institutions directly at the grassroots level, an average of 38 meetings/year reaching 108% (exceeding 83% of the target of Resolution 6b/NQ-TLD), inspected 140 meetings on compliance with the Trade Union Charter, an average of 14 meetings/year reaching 40% (exceeding 20% of the target of Resolution 6b/NQ-TLD).
The direct superior trade union at the grassroots level inspected the grassroots trade union for finances at 11,780 meetings, an average of 1,178 meetings/year reaching 41% (exceeding 26% of the target of Resolution 6b/NQ-TLD); inspected the implementation of the Trade Union Charter at 8,833 meetings, an average of 883 meetings/year, reaching 31% (exceeding 21% of the target of Resolution 6b).
100% of trade unions at all levels promptly inspect when detecting signs of violations by trade union organizations and cadres and union members. From 2015 to present, the Inspection Committee of the City Labor Federation has inspected signs of violations against a subordinate unit, advised on disciplining 1 case of an officer with a warning for violations in financial management...
The Hai Phong City Labor Federation discussed the goal of implementing Resolution 6b in the next phase. In particular, strive for 100% of trade unions at the grassroots level to conduct financial inspections at the same level on schedule; at least 10% of enterprise trade unions with 200 or more employees are inspected and supervised by the trade union financial management trade union; 100% of grassroots trade unions conduct annual financial disclosure.
Trade unions at all levels organize training and professional guidance on inspection and supervision work of trade unions for officials of the Trade Union Inspection Committee at the grassroots level reaching 100%, grassroots trade unions reaching 70%; advise the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the same level of trade unions to resolve and participate in resolving 100% of complaints and denunciations related to the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees.
