The City Labor Federation has widely and extensively implemented propaganda activities about the glorious traditions of the Vietnam Trade Union, the working class and activities to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union in newspapers, social networks and other forms of propaganda.
In addition, monitor and grasp the ideological situation and aspirations of cadres, union members, and workers; fight and refute bad and toxic information related to the working class and trade union organizations of Vietnam.
The City Labor Federation also directed its affiliated grassroots unions to coordinate with employers to organize activities: Union meals; visit, give gifts, support union members and workers in difficult circumstances, those with serious illnesses, occupational accidents, and diseases; organize cultural, artistic, and sports activities; organize seminars and dialogues with employers on policies, working conditions, solutions to improve the lives, jobs, and income of workers.
Through activities to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union to strengthen confidence, arouse pride, promote the responsibility of cadres, union members and workers in the capital in building a strong Trade Union organization, continuing to improve the quality and efficiency of activities according to the new model; creating consensus and support of the entire political system, all levels, sectors and employers for trade union activities, taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
