The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9 (75-88 km/h), gusting to level 11. The storm is moving west-southwest at a speed of 15-20 km/h.
In Hai Phong area, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, with rainfall as of 1:00 a.m. on July 21 generally from 14-40mm. From early morning to noon on July 21, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with common rainfall of 10-15 mm.

Up to this point, the commune-level disaster prevention and control shock force, including 29,361 people from the commune, ward, special zone shock forces and on-site mobilization forces, has been mobilized over 5,000 people.
The dike system in the city has 75 key locations of dykes, embankments, and vulnerable culverts that have been built and approved by cities, communes, wards, and special zones for key protection according to the "four on-site" motto.
