Through investigation, the fire burned all the finished goods in the warehouse, causing great property damage to the enterprise. According to a quick report, there were no human casualties in the fire. Because the main production area was not directly affected, on September 13, workers continued to go to work to maintain production.
On the morning of September 15, Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation Nguyen Van Quyet and the working delegation visited and encouraged the enterprise and employees of Cheng V Company Limited.
The leaders of the City Labor Federation shared with the enterprise affected by the fire, hoping that the company would quickly overcome the consequences, stabilize production, and ensure jobs for workers.
Receiving financial support of 20 million VND from the City Labor Federation, business representatives expressed their emotions and gratitude for the timely attention and encouragement of the Trade Union organization to businesses and workers. According to the Company's representative, the company is currently coordinating with the authorities to investigate the cause of the fire as well as count the damage. The company still maintains jobs for more than 600 employees, encourages employees to feel secure in production, and works with the enterprise to overcome the difficult period.
