At the program, 200 union members and workers received eye screening packages, vision tests, and consultations on treatment of eye diseases (if any). Hanoi Eye Hospital - Hai Phong also presented gifts including eye supplements and eye care products to union members and workers.
This is an activity within the coordination program between the City Labor Federation and Hanoi Eye Hospital - Hai Phong, signed from May 2025.
According to the coordination, Hanoi - Hai Phong Eye Hospital presented 350,000 basic eye examination packages worth VND300,000/package to union members and workers under the City Labor Federation.
The hospital also committed to reducing 50% of other specialized eye examination packages at Hanoi Eye Hospital - Hai Phong and at agencies, units and enterprises implemented by Hanoi Eye Hospital - Hai Phong.
For units and enterprises with a large number of union members and employees registering for centralized eye examination at the same time, the hospital can reduce additional fees, arrange staff to go to the agency, unit, enterprise to visit, examine or have other appropriate support policies...
Mr. Do Ngoc Thap - Factory Director and Chairman of the Trade Union of LS Vina Power Cable and System Joint Stock Company - said that this is a very meaningful activity for union members and workers, demonstrating the practical care of the Trade Union organization for the health of workers, especially the eyes. The company hopes that in the coming time, CS Vina employees will continue to receive attention from the Trade Union at all levels.
The company will also organize many activities to care for material and spiritual life, health care, and improve working conditions. Thereby, building harmonious labor relations, a safe working environment, limiting occupational accidents and diseases.
