This is one of the practical activities in response to the campaign "Vietnamese workers say no to drugs - Million hearts, a determination" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security.
At Drug Rehabilitation Center No. 2, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh - Vice President of the City Labor Federation visited and encouraged officials, employees and trainees being treated at the facility; and at the same time wished the trainees to strive to overcome difficulties, well comply with regulations, actively train, soon reintegrate into the community and stabilize their lives.

On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor presented 30 gifts in kind to students of drug rehabilitation center No. 2; The Labor Federation presented gifts including money and in kind (Eastern Mid-Autumn special cake; school supplies, sports training equipment) to grassroots officials and students.
Receiving gifts from the Trade Union organization, representatives of trainees of Drug Rehabilitation Center No. 2 also promised to train well to soon complete the rehabilitation period and quickly reintegrate into the community.

Tonight, September 18, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Ministry of Public Security officially launched the Campaign "Vietnamese Workers Say No to Drugs - Million Hearts, a Determination". The program will take place at Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace in Hai Phong.
At the program, city workers will enjoy a special art program staged in a modern form, combining music, stage, multimedia presentation, LED lighting effects and laser techniques, with the participation of reputable young singers and artists, loved by many workers.


The program also showed a report on the current situation and harmful effects of drugs in workers and the role and activities of the Trade Union organization in the fight against and prevention of drugs, protecting workers; giving gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, and typical workers who have strived to rise up in life.
