Ha Tinh Labor Federation supports union members affected by storm No. 5

    Ha Tinh - Union members in difficult circumstances affected by storm No. 5 were visited and presented with support by the Provincial Federation of Labor.

    On August 30, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor had organized working groups to visit, encourage and provide support to 4 union members in especially difficult circumstances.

    These union members belong to the grassroots unions of the Central, Northern and Western clusters of the province, which were seriously affected by the storm, including cases of roofs blown off, trees fell into houses, and even facing risks in the process of fighting the storm.

    Each union member received support of 2 million VND from the Ha Tinh "Union Society" Fund. According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, this is practical support both materially and spiritually, helping workers quickly overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

    The Provincial Federation of Labor also requested grassroots unions to continue reviewing and grasping the situation of affected union members to promptly propose support plans.
