On June 18, the Yen Thuy District Labor Federation (LDLD) said that the unit had just held a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members to establish the MV6 Company Limited Trade Union. Attending were leaders of the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, leaders of enterprises and a large number of workers.
The launch of the trade union organization at MV6 LLC is not only an important milestone affirming the legitimate rights of workers are guaranteed but also contributing to enhancing the responsibility of the enterprise in building harmonious and progressive labor relations. From now on, workers at the company will have an official representative organization to protect their rights, reflect their thoughts, aspirations and accompany in activities to care for their material and spiritual lives.
At the ceremony, the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor presented 20 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to workers in difficult circumstances working at the company. Although small, the gifts clearly demonstrate the concern, sharing, and spreading the spirit of solidarity and responsibility in trade union organizations at all levels.
This is the result of active participation in propaganda, mobilization, union member development, and establishment of mechanical trade unions. Continuing to expand the "common home" of trade unions, especially in non-state enterprises, contributes to building an increasingly strong trade union organization, close to and practical for workers' lives.
