Accordingly, the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor has organized a supervision of the implementation of policies and regimes for employees working at Thanh Son One Member Co., Ltd. (located at Group 6, Ky Son Ward, Hoa Binh City).
At the working session, the monitoring delegation listened to a summary report on production and business activities, labor situation and implementation of compulsory social insurance policies, grassroots democracy regulations, collective labor agreements, organization of shift meals, as well as the implementation of obligations to pay union fees according to the Trade Union Law.
The delegation also conducted an inspection of records, books and directly discussed with employees and employers to assess the actual implementation of rights and obligations in the enterprise.
Concluding the supervision session, the Supervisory Delegation of the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor noted that Thanh Son Company has strictly complied with legal regulations in implementing policies and regimes for employees. The company has well implemented grassroots democracy regulations, collective labor agreements and taken care of shift meals for workers.
However, the delegation also suggested that the Company should review and fully implement the signing of labor contracts and pay compulsory insurance for all employees according to regulations. At the same time, quickly fulfill the obligation to pay union fees in the first 6 months of 2025.
The monitoring delegation of the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor also suggested that the Company continue to pay attention to taking care of the lives of employees, aiming to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
It is known that Thanh Son One Member Co., Ltd. operates in the field of garment processing. Over the years, the enterprise has maintained production efficiency, ensuring stable jobs for more than 400 employees with income ranging from VND 4.6 million to VND 7.5 million/person/month.
