Attending the event were Vice President of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) Pham Thi Quyen; Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Kim Lien; Deputy Head of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board Le Thanh Kiet; representatives of the Provincial Youth Union, departments under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, An Tinh ward and a large number of union members and children of union members.
At the festival night, children enjoyed many performances, lion and Dragon dance, interacted with Ms. Hang, Uncle Cuoi and participated in fun games. This activity aims to create a useful playground, bringing joy to the children of workers during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor and accompanying units presented 250 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances who are working at companies, factories and enterprises in the area. Of which, 100 gifts worth VND500,000/gift were taken from the provincial Federation of Labor's budget.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Pham Thi Quyen - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor expressed her wish that the children have a complete and joyful Mid-Autumn Festival, while encouraging them to always be good-natured, good at studying, good students and good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.
"Full Moon Festival Night" is an annual activity implemented by the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor in coordination with organizations and units. Thereby, it demonstrates the role and responsibility of the Trade Union organization in caring for the lives, contributing to ensuring social security for union members, workers and laborers in the area.
