In order to create a direct bridge, exchange, give opinions, listen to the thoughts, aspirations, reflections and recommendations of workers and union officials, on October 1, at Thong Nhat Hall (Long An Ward, Tay Ninh Province), the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of the province and the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor organized the Forum "Workers' Aspiration - Trust to the Party".
The Forum was attended by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; representatives of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; Chairman, Vice Chairmen, members of the Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor and nearly 300 delegates who are workers, cadres, and union members in the whole Tay Ninh province.
Speaking at the opening of the Forum, Mr. Tran Le Duy - Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor - emphasized: The Forum aims to create a direct bridge, exchanging, giving comments, listening to the thoughts, aspirations, reflections and recommendations of workers and union officials. Through the Forum, delegates can express their wishes and aspirations to propose including in the Draft documents of the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and the documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party; contributing to further deepening the close relationship between the Party and the working class, while affirming the belief of cadres, union members, and workers in the leadership of the Party in the new era - the era of national growth.
Speaking and exchanging at the Forum, delegates informed about the actual situation at the grassroots level, discussed the advantages, difficulties, and inadequacies that affect the lives and jobs of union members, workers, and union activities... At the same time, expressed their wishes, sent their recommendations to the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and the 14th National Congress of the Party. Delegates also shared and presented suggestions on mechanisms and policies on the working environment, improving the lives, skills, knowledge, and digital skills of workers in the new period, thereby clearly affirming the role, position, and political trust of workers in the Party.
Speaking at the Forum, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tay Ninh province - assessed: The forum is of special significance, an opportunity for workers and union officials in the province to express their thoughts, aspirations, comments, and initiatives to the provincial leaders; affirm their confidence in the leadership of the Party, while demonstrating their sense of responsibility and aspiration to contribute to the development of the province. The provincial leaders acknowledged and gathered all comments at the Forum to continue perfecting mechanisms and policies to better care for the material and spiritual life, ensuring a safe and civilized working environment for workers.
At the Forum, the Organizing Committee presented 100 gifts to union members, workers in difficult circumstances and union officials with outstanding achievements.
