On April 29, the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) said that the unit had just organized the "Thank you to workers" program in 2026 in Duc Trong district.

Attending the program were Mr. Bui Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee; along with representatives of local leaders, businesses and more than 260 outstanding union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in the area.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Vu Thi Oanh - Vice President of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized that this is a meaningful and practical activity to show gratitude for the important contributions of workers, civil servants, and laborers to the socio-economic development of the province.

The program is also an opportunity for trade union levels to strengthen listening to the thoughts and aspirations of workers; promptly share, support, and contribute to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
At the program, the Organizing Committee reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnamese working class; and presented 260 gifts (worth 500,000 VND/gift) to typical union members and workers of 47 grassroots trade unions in difficult circumstances. Thereby, contributing to encouraging the spirit of overcoming difficulties and striving in labor and production.

According to the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, in Workers' Month 2026, the unit will implement many practical activities towards grassroots levels, taking care of the lives of union members and workers. It is expected that the whole province will give about 2,000 gifts with a total value of about 1 billion VND.
In addition, trade union levels also organize many activities such as visiting and supporting workers in difficult circumstances; dialogues, labor law advice; organizing cultural and sports activities to improve the spiritual life of union members and workers.

Through the series of activities in Workers' Month, the trade union organization continues to affirm its role in accompanying, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; contributing to building an increasingly strong worker force, meeting development requirements in the new period.
Previously, on April 28, at the "Thank you workers" program, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 150 gifts (worth 500,000 VND/gift) to union members and workers of Lang Biang Ward Trade Union, contributing to encouraging the spirit of overcoming difficulties and being assured in working and production.
