Attending the ceremony were Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem - Chairwoman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation - along with all officials, civil servants, and employees of the agency.
The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere with flag salute ceremonies, singing the National Anthem, contributing to arousing patriotism, national pride and the sense of responsibility of cadres, civil servants, and workers towards the task of building and developing their homeland.
Immediately after the flag salute ceremony, leaders of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation thoroughly grasped the purpose and meaning of organizing the flag salute ceremony and ideological activities under the flag according to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee.
This is a political activity aimed at educating patriotism, fostering revolutionary ideals, improving political bravery, public service ethics, sense of responsibility, discipline and building office culture.
Through the activity, the agency also disseminated current affairs, Party guidelines and resolutions, policies and laws of the State; assessed the results of task implementation in the past time and deployed key tasks in the month, creating unity in awareness and action among all cadres, civil servants, and employees.
According to Plan No. 103 dated July 5, 2026 of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, the flag salute ceremony and ideological activity under the flag will be held periodically once a month, at 7 am on the first Monday of the month, starting from July 2026 at agencies and units in the province.
The implementation of activities at the Provincial Labor Federation shows the serious spirit in implementing the policy of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, and at the same time contributes to building a united, disciplined, professional, innovative agency, improving the quality of trade union organization activities, creating motivation for the contingent of officials to successfully complete assigned tasks.
