At the Conference, delegates listened to the Report on the results of work in 2025 and orientations and key tasks for 2026. Accordingly, from July 1, 2025 to now, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation has 2 departments with a total of 37 officials, civil servants, and employees; Party cells have 32 party members; Grassroots Trade Unions have 37 union members.
In 2025, the collective of officials, civil servants, and employees of the agency promoted the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, and successfully completed the assigned political tasks; the work of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and employees continued to be concerned; trade union activities became increasingly in-depth and effective.
The results of emulation and commendation in 2025 recorded many outstanding imprints: The Provincial Labor Federation Agency achieved the title "Agence meeting cultural standards"; The grassroots trade union of the agency excellently completed its tasks, was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial Labor Federation; the agency achieved the standard "Safety in terms of security and order", is an excellent unit in the movement "All people protect national security", and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province.
The conference also conducted an assessment, summary and review of the responsibility of the head of the agency in implementing the 2025 work plan; reported on the results of implementing the Resolution of the 2025 Conference of Cadres and Civil Servants, thereby affirming the serious implementation of the committed contents, and promoting good democracy regulations in the agency.
In addition, delegates listened to and discussed many important contents such as: report on the "Mutual Assistance" Fund of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation agency; financial settlement of agencies and service groups in 2025; draft Internal Expenditure Regulations for 2026; financial settlement of grassroots trade unions; disclosure of assets and income in 2025 of the Standing Committees of the Provincial Labor Federation in accordance with regulations.
On this occasion, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025, recognizing and praising their positive contributions in performing professional tasks and trade union activities.
At the end of the Conference, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation launched the 2026 emulation movement and organized the signing of the 2026 Emulation Agreement between Heads of agencies and the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions, demonstrating the determination to successfully complete the set goals and tasks.
