    In particular, in recent years, the Long Bien District Labor Federation has made many proposals and always innovated in its activities, creating a unique feature of the unit. These include programs such as giving preferential cards to union members, Welfare Programs for union members; giving Health Insurance cards to union members' relatives in difficult circumstances.

    In addition, the District Labor Federation also organizes many activities to improve the spiritual life of union members and workers such as giving 550 stone benches to cultural groups in the wards; organizing the program "Thank you to workers"; organizing the Contest for composing poems, songs, and articles with the theme "Long Bien District Labor Union - the trust of union members and workers", organizing cultural core classes, cultural and sports festivals...

    These activities are built and implemented based on the actual needs of union members and workers, so they have attracted a large number of participants.
