Direct unions at all levels to implement the Resolution of the General Confederation Executive Committee on "Focusing resources on caring for the welfare of union members and workers in the new situation".
In addition, it is necessary to continue to promote solutions to strive to complete the targets, goals and themes of trade union work in 2024. Create all resources for the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots unions, especially in the non-state sector. Organize propaganda, emulation in production labor, work among cadres, union members and workers to achieve achievements to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025). Propaganda about Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Regularly grasp the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; promptly handle developments arising among workers and laborers. Propaganda, orientation, fight, handle and refute distorted and hostile propaganda aimed at sabotaging the country's development policies and guidelines of the Party, State and Trade Union organizations.
From now until the end of the year, the Trade Union will also focus on completing the draft Trade Union Law (amended) to submit to the National Assembly for approval at the October 2024 session. Strengthen propaganda and coordinate with local National Assembly delegations to create consensus on the draft Trade Union Law (amended).
