The model was born with the expectation of creating a new breath of life in agencies, units, businesses and schools in the area. Not stopping at planting trees, the model aims to change the awareness of each worker, civil servant, and laborer in maintaining hygiene, forming an office cultural lifestyle associated with sustainable environmental protection.
Kim Lien Ward Trade Union determines that improving the working environment is not just a formality but the key to solving the problem of efficiency and urban awareness. Therefore, the model will be built with a specific roadmap, clearly classified from outside to inside, from collectives to individuals.
In which, for the outside, units implement environmental sanitation campaigns, not allowing garbage to accumulate or encroach on sidewalks in front of headquarters gates. Planting new flower beds, lawns and pruning ornamental plants periodically are included in monthly emulation evaluation criteria. Inside, encouraging the model "Each office has a green corner - Each union member has a pot of plants".
A notable point of this model is the creation of "Relax Corner" and "Intellectual Space", thereby focusing on spiritual life after working hours. Grassroots trade unions take advantage of empty spaces, wide corridors or common living rooms to arrange relaxing tables and chairs, and artistic paintings about environmental protection and office culture.
In addition, there is a Trade Union Bookcase with books on law, life skills and culture - history, formed from the spirit of "mutual affection", encouraging union members to contribute and share knowledge. Especially, from this model with contests such as "Most beautiful green space" or "Typical relaxation corner" has been officially launched, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere between units.
Recently, Kim Lien Ward Trade Union organized the launch of the model point "Green Space - Trade Union Relaxation Corner" at Kim Lien Kindergarten. The model is built with the goal of creating a green - clean - beautiful living and resting space, contributing to improving the spiritual life of union members and workers after stressful working hours. The space is harmoniously arranged with green trees, reading areas, legal bookshelves and many books on life skills, education, culture - society, thereby spreading reading culture, building a friendly and positive working environment in agencies and units.
